What's our Refund Policy?

We understand that plans can change for any number of reasons. We offer Free Cancellation and a Full Refund with 24 hours notice before the tour departure time.

There's no minimum age to join our tour

Our car does not have suitable child restraints, only standard adult seat belts. If you have young children, please ensure that they can be safely restained.

Who is our tour suitable for?

Guests that enjoy our tour the most are those who love a bit of adventure and appreciate exploring the natural wonders and wilderness like a local. So whether you’re 8 or 80, we’ve got you covered!

Tour Pickup Locations?

We can arrange complimentary pick-up from any Dunedin city hotel or from Port Chalmers Cruise Ship Terminal. After you complete your booking, you can reply to the confirmation email with details of your hotel or cruise ship.

If no pickup is arranged, your tour will commence at 9:30am in front of the Dunedin Railway Station.

Is the tour physically demanding?

We cater for all levels of fitness. You will be transported in comfort between all the attractions, and you can choose to walk as little or as much as you like. You can also view some locations from a lookout or choose to walk a portion of it.

Travelling Solo?

Many of our guests travel alone and they join our tour to take the stress out of planning and share this adventure with a few like-minded travellers.

What to bring and wear on the tour?
Wear comfortable walking shoes and a warm jacket if cold or windy.
Bring water and your camera!
We also recommend sunscreen and a hat if it’s sunny.
Food and Drink?

We suggest you bring a bottle of water and some snacks for the day. You can leave whatever you don’t wish to carry with you in the car. We will visit Larnach Castle around lunch time, where you can purchase food or drinks from their cafe.

What if it rains?
Our tour operates in all weather, apart from extreme or dangerous conditions.
If it’s wet, wear a rain coat and enjoy a true kiwi experience 🙂
